TORONTO — The Ontario government is providing $7.7 million to support the Frankfort Family Reena Residence, which will provide a home to 168 vulnerable individuals, including people with developmental disabilities, adults with physical disabilities and seniors.
The 20-storey residence will have 111 units and will have services such as employment services, sports programs, meeting rooms and wellness programs.
The building will be located on Elm Ridge Drive in Toronto’s Forest Hill neighbourhood. Floors will be specially designed to serve people with mental health issues and amenities include respite suites, a gymnasium, garden and underground parking.
