Alex has been general manager at EPSCA since July 2013 after an extensive career representing labour. He served as the director of government and public relations for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Construction Council of Ontario and has also been director of government relations for the Provincial Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario.
