Martha joined the Grand Valley Construction Association July 1, 2005. She was previously vice-president of George Masonry Ltd. and is a Gold Seal Certified estimator. Martha is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Construction Association. Martha sits on the board of CONII (Colleges of Ontario Network for Industry Innovation) and in 2009, joined the Board of Directors of Skills Canada. She is a member of the Facilities committee for the Board of Governors for Conestoga College. Martha is actively involved in lobbying municipal governments on issues that impact the ICI sector of construction. She also is an active partner with stakeholders and associations that lobby provincial and federal governments on behalf of the construction industry.
