Goodfellow Inc. and CertainTeed sign deal

MISSISSAUGA, ONT.—Goodfellow Inc., internationally known as The Wood Specialists, has announced its new partnership with CertainTeed Insulation Group Canada, a world-class manufacturer of exterior and interior building products.

This distribution agreement ensures that CertainTeed Insulation products will be available throughout Canada, including in smaller locations that cannot handle full truckloads of materials.

"This partnership represents a tremendous opportunity for us to increase our reach in Canada to better service our trusted customers," said Al D’Addese, CertainTeed’s Canadian sales and marketing vice-president, in a statement.

Goodfellow serves all regions of Canada and in the coming weeks will maintain a complete inventory of CertainTeed Insulation products at its regional distribution centres in, Deer Lake, N.L., Dartmouth, N.S., Moncton, N.B., Quebec City, Que., Delson, Que., Ottawa, Ont.,  Campbellville, Ont., Saskatoon, Sask., Winnipeg, Man., Calgary, Alta., Edmonton, Alta., and Vancouver, B.C.

Goodfellow distributes a wide range of flooring, siding and decking products and has been in business for over a century. It is among the leaders in the processing and distribution of exotic woods, Douglas Fir, construction timber, cedar, pine and hardwoods.
