The Halsall group of professional services companies has merged with Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a 14,000-person global professional services firm specializing in infrastructure planning, design and program/construction management.

The Halsall group of professional services companies has merged with Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a 14,000-person global professional services firm specializing in infrastructure planning, design and program/construction management.
The Canadian group of employee-owned companies includes Halsall Associates, a consulting engineering firm founded in 1956, Pivotal Projects, a national project management company and Loop Initiatives, a corporate sustainability consulting business.

Parsons Brinckerhoff is the professional services division of Balfour Beatty plc, an international infrastructure group.
