ProGreen Demolition began the abatement and demolition of The Inn on the Park Hotel, one of the highest buildings to be demolished in the GTA in July 2014.

Abatement is completed in the tower and banquet hall areas and included contaminants such as asbestos, PCB, mercury among others. The demolition of this landmark 25-storey building, located in a high traffic commercial and residential neighbourhood is underway using climbers and tower cranes. High reach equipment will be utilized once the building is down to a level where it is safe to employ the equipment. Portions of the building are attached to an operating dealership and the LEED project is expected to be completed by January 2015.
