Construction is moving up for the 2150 Condos phase one that is being built on the site of a former car dealership in Scarborough, Ont.
The developer is VHL Developments Inc. and the overall project includes three, 19-storey towers with 598 units. The project will include a party room, sauna, a gym, guest suite, roof deck, landscaped courtyard and an outdoor playground.
The architect for the project is Master Building Inc. Consultants are Barber Design Shop (interior) and M & M Design Consultants (landscape). Subtrades include: CBM (concrete).
