Rebar work progresses for the Xpression condominium and retail project on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, Ont.
The owner is Zancor Homes Ltd. and Dominus Construction Group Ltd. is the construction manager. The work includes two, 15-storey towers connected by a six-storey podium with 452 units and retail located on the ground floor. The project will also have a theatre, lounge, a pool and rooftop terraces with completion scheduled for fall 2015. The project was designed by Quadrangle Architects and consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. (structural); United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Tomas Pearce Interior Design. Subtrades include Dufferin Concrete.
