Glass installation is underway on the King+ Condos at 251 King St. E. Toronto, Ont.
TMG Builders is the construction manager for the 17-storey building with 131 units, and the developer is Plus Development Group Corp. The work includes redevelopment of the existing three-storey heritage building to include retail at grade and the project will also include a lounge, fitness facilities, a guest suite and four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by TACT Architecture Inc./OneSpace Unlimited Architects. The heritage architects are E.R.A. Architects and the structural engineer is Yolles a CH2M Hill company.
