Excavating work progresses for the Rise condominiums at Bathurst Street and St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto, Ont.

Developer Reserve Properties Ltd., along with TMG Builders Inc., have completion of the 24-storey, 282-unit project with a podium scheduled for 2018. The building will have retail on the ground floor, amenities on the seventh floor, two podium rooftop terraces and four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc. and the interior designer is Graziani + Corrazza + Biase Interior Architecture Inc. Consultants are: Isherwood (shoring); Jablonsky, Ast and Partners (structural); Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Strybos Barron King Landscape Architecture. Subtrades include: Anpro Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd.; Teskey Concrete; Harris Rebar; Atlas Dewatering and Straw Construction Group.
