Window installation moves up on the apartment addition to 66 Isabella St. in Toronto, Ont.
The owner/developer is Park Property Management and the general contractor is Toddglen Construction Ltd. The work includes a 26 storey, 212-unit addition to the east side of the existing apartment building with two levels of underground parking and ground floor retail space. Completion of the project is scheduled for fall 2015 and the project was designed by Quadrangle Architects. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Novatrend (mechanical/electrical) and Planning Partnership (landscape). Subcontractors include: Teperman (demolition); Michael Bros. Excavating; Avenue Building Corp. (formwork); Salit Steel; Innocon Inc. (concrete); University Plumbing & Heating; Zerem Electric; Selco Elevators and Toro Aluminum (windows).
