Forming and concrete work continues on the underground parking garage for Mountain Equipment Co-op’s new retail store at 784 Sheppard Ave. E. in North York, Ont.
Broccolini Construction is builder of the two-storey retail building with two levels of underground parking and the owner is MEC. The project was designed by SMV Architects Ltd. and consultants are: Cleland Jardine Engineering Inc. (structural); Pageau Morel et associes inc. (mechanical/electrical) and MMM Group Ltd. (landscape architect and civil engineer). Subtrades include: Anpro (excavation); Avenue Formwork (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete); Salit Steel (rebar); Mapleridge Mechanical; OZZ Electric and General Sprinklers (fire protection).
