Construction is moving up on the St. Thomas luxury rental apartments in Toronto.
The owners are Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP and KingSett Capital and the construction manager is PCL Constructors Canada Inc. The project includes one 26-storey tower and one 11-storey tower with a total of 251 units and four levels of underground parking. The building amenities include a lounge, a fitness centre and rooftop amenity space. The project has been designed to meet LEED Silver certification and completion has been scheduled for fall 2017. The project was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); MMM Group Ltd. (civil); Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical/mechanical) and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (landscape). Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Structform and Harris Rebar.
