Window installation is underway on the condominium project 383 Sorauren in Toronto.
Bluescape Construction Management Inc. is constructing the 10-storey, 143-unit project with two levels of underground parking for developers Gairloch Developments Ltd. and Centrestone Urban Developments Inc. The building will have a fitness centre, outdoor lounge and dining and one guest suite with completion scheduled for September 2016. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical); Johnson Chou Inc. (interior design) and NAK (landscape architect). Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavation; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Salit Steel (rebar); Res Formwork, CBM (concrete); D. Zentil Mechanical; Rite-Air Mechanical (sheet metal); Maxum Drywall and State Windows.
