Facade work is underway at the condominium project Ten York in Toronto.

Developer of the 65-storey, 694-unit tower with five levels of underground parking is Tridel Corp. and completion has been scheduled for summer 2017. The project will include a media and games room, a fitness room, spa, a theatre room,  guest suites and the eighth floor will have a pool with sauna and change rooms. The architect for the project is Wallman Architects and consultants are II BY IV DESIGN (interior design) and Janet Rosenberg and Studio (landscape).
