Concrete work is progressing for the Village By Main Station condominiums on Trent Avenue in Toronto.
Developer Tridel and general contractor Deltera Inc. are building the 12-storey, 277-unit project with three levels underground for owner Options Group of Companies. Completion is scheduled for fall 2018 and the project was designed by IBI Group Architects. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical); Novatrend Engineering Ltd. (mechanical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subcontractors include Metrix Ready-Mix (concrete).
