Precision pipe work continues at the Ten York condominium project in Toronto.
Tridel Corp. is the developer of the 65-storey, 694-unit tower with five levels of underground parking and completion has been scheduled for early 2018. The project will include a media and games room, a fitness room, a spa, a theatre room and guest suites. The eighth floor will have a pool with sauna and change rooms. The project was designed by Wallman Architects. Consultants are II BY IV DESIGN (interior design) and Janet Rosenberg and Studio (landscape).
