Construction is moving above grade on the Vida condos in the Bayview Village area of Toronto.
Castle Group Developments along with TMG Builders Inc. are constructing the eight-storey boutique building with 198 units and two levels of underground parking. Amenities include a fitness centre, games room, a multi-purpose party room and an outdoor BBQ area. The project was designed by HCA Architecture. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Quinn Design Associates (landscape). Subtrades include: HC Matcon Inc. (site work).
