Construction is moving up on the Noir Residences at 87 Peter St. in Toronto.
Menkes Developments is owner/developer of the 49-storey tower with approximately 598 units and three levels of underground parking. There will be retail on the ground floor and amenities include a party room, a bar, a billiards lounge, a spa and an outdoor terrace. Completion on the project designed by Core Architects has been scheduled for late 2017. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering (structural); Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers (mechanical/electrical) and Mike Niven Interior Design. Subtrades include: Coreydale Contracting (excavation); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd. and Resform (formwork).
