Construction is progressing on the E Condos at Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue in Toronto.
Developers Bazis Inc./Metropia and RioCan along with construction manager TMG Builders Inc. have completion of the two-tower project scheduled for late 2018. The project includes one 58-storey tower and one 36-storey with a total of over 1,085 units and three levels of underground parking. There will also be ground floor retail, a commercial component and amenities levels. The project was designed by Roy Varacalli Architects and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Mike Niven Interior Design and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: RONI Excavating; Cadetta Concrete Drain (underground services); Aquatech (dewatering); Anchor Shoring and Caissons Ltd. (shoring); Verdi Alliance (concrete formwork); Salit Steel (reinforcing steel); Fabris Iron Works (miscellaneous metals/structural steel); Venice Construction (masonry); Teskey Concrete Co. Ltd.; Primo Mechanical; Mayfair Electric; York Sheet Metal Ltd. (HVAC); CDMca (floating floors); TORO (windows/railings); Probel (window washing system) and Fujitec (elevators).
