Concrete work is progressing for the Village of Erin Meadows Phase II seniors apartment and assisted living facility in Mississauga, Ont.
McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. is construction manager for the 12-storey, 277-unit project that will have common areas, underground parking and will connect to the existing facility. The owner is RBJ Schlegel Holdings Inc. and completion has been scheduled for March 2018. The project was designed by Cornerstone Architecture and consultants are Carson Woods Architects (site planning); Gray and Fick Ltd. (structural); MNE Engineering Inc. Stantec (civil); and Ron Koudys Landscape Architects.
