Balcony work is progressing at the Casa III condominium project on Charles Street East in Toronto.
The project by Cresford Developments will include one 55-storey tower with 578 units, an eight-storey office component and three levels of underground parking. There will also be a fitness centre, pool, yoga studio, meeting room and guest suites. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Lam & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating and Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.
