Facade work is moving up at the Danforth Village Estates condominiums in Toronto.
Tridel Group is the developer and the general contractor is Deltera Inc. The work includes an 18-storey tower with approximately 250 units and two levels of underground parking. The owner is Options Group of Companies and completion is scheduled for early 2018. The project was designed by Burka Architects. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast and Partners (structural); Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical) and Novatrend Engineering Ltd. (mechanical).
