Concrete pumping progresses high up on the E Condos at Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue in Toronto.

Developers Bazis Inc./Metropia and RioCan along with construction manager TMG Builders Inc. have completion of the two-tower project scheduled for late 2018. The project includes one 58-storey tower and one 36-storey with a total of over 1,089 units and three levels of underground parking. There will also be ground floor retail, a commercial component and amenities levels. The project was designed by Roy Varacalli Architects and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Mike Niven Interior Design; and NAK Design Group (landscape).
