Fortress Real Developments Inc. and Chestnut Hill Homes are constructing the 12-storey, 244-unit boutique building with two levels of underground parking. Construction management for the project is Mondconsult Limited. The project will include commercial space, a party room and an outdoor terrace with completion scheduled for early 2018. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects & Planners and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); MMM Group Ltd.-Whitby (civil); and Mike Niven Interior Design (interior).
