BILD Awards recognize talent in GTA construction

TORONTO — The 38th annual BILD Awards, presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), recognize the achievements of developers, new home builders, architects, designers as well as sales and marketing professionals across the region.

Pinnacle Awards were presented to:

Home Builder of the Year — Low Rise: Mattamy Homes Ltd.;

Home Builder of the Year — Mid/High Rise: Great Gulf Homes;

Green Builder of the Year — Low Rise: Dunsire Developments Inc.;

Green Builder of the Year — Mid/High Rise: Tridel;

Best New Community, Planned/Under Development — The Daniels Corporation — Lighthouse East Tower, Cecconi Simone Inc., Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. Architects, Montana Steele Advertising;
