The Toronto Construction Association (TCA) recently presented the Best of the Best Awards, recognizing excellence in the industry. The Sean P. McKenna YCL (Young Construction Leaders) Leadership Award was presented to Nicole Bigioni of Blackstone Paving and Construction Ltd. The award was presented by TCA chair Albert Salvatore and TCA president John Mollenhauer.
