Canadian Concrete Expo boosts its industry communication with new website, newsletter
CANADIAN CONCRETE EXPO

TORONTO — Canadian Concrete Expo has updated their website: CanadianConcreteExpo.com. The new web site features videos, tips, news about concrete and interviews with concrete professionals in both French and English.

“As Canada’s national concrete trade show, it is important to us to have a web site that is fully bilingual, so that we can clearly communicate with everyone in both of Canada’s official languages,” says Stuart Galloway, President, 20/20 Show Productions, Inc.—show producer. “We are proud to take this next step in reaching out to everyone in the Canadian concrete industry.”

The addition of blogs to the web site adds expertise and knowledge when it comes to all things concrete. The blogs feature tips, interviews with experts and news about concrete. Each month, new blogs on a variety of concrete-related topics will be added.

“Trade publications and concrete associations have used our material on their websites and newsletters. That is a testament to the importance and authority of the content we are creating,” says Galloway.

For the first time, the Canadian Concrete Expo website features video.

“Video is a great communication tool. Each year, people are consuming more and more video,” says Galloway. The videos feature people working with concrete, concrete equipment, show exhibitors and testimonials about the show.

Each month, some of this content will be delivered to people who have signed up to learn more about Canadian Concrete Expo.

“We took a self-promotional tool and turned it into an information tool, which has a lot more value,” says Galloway. “Now, people who receive our newsletter will not only learn what is new with the show, but also news about the concrete industry.”
