ACTON, ONT. — Christine Hill has been confirmed as board chair of the Consulting Engineers of Ontario (CEO) for a second year.
The CEO held its annual general meeting in Acton, Ont. with several changes announced to the board of directors for the upcoming governance year, stated a Sept. 13 release.
Hill is the business development leader, infrastructure planning, at Cole Engineering Group. Rex Meadley, chairman at Tatham Engineering, will continue on the board as past chair.
It was announced that directors Tom Richardson, chief structural engineer at R. V. Anderson Associates, and Brian Ruck, vice-president at GHD Group, have retired from the board.
New directors will be Matthew Eades, vice-president at Associated Engineering, and Christopher George, regional manager at R.V. Anderson Associates.
