TORONTO — The firm 407 International has announced revenues of $426.4 million for the third quarter of 2019, yielding earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $373.8 million for the quarter.
The Highway 407 ETR toll road spans 108 kilometres from Burlington to Pickering north of Toronto and serves 500,000 commuters on work days.
The firm is owned by subsidiaries of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (50.01 per cent), Cintra Global S.E., a wholly owned subsidiary of Spanish construction firm Ferrovial S. A. (43.23 per cent), and SNC-Lavalin (6.76 per cent), stated a release.
The earnings compare with $338.1 million for the same period of 2018.
