TORONTO — NORCAT, a developer of training and advisory services for the global skilled labour industries, is opening a new office in Mississauga, Ont. to more effectively serve the growing base of clients and partners in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The new office location will offer skilled labour training and development programs and strategic advisory services to construction companies, including compliance and risk management, talent and human capital, and training and development strategies, states a release.
NORCAT is an approved provider of both the WSIB Health and Safety Excellence program and the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program, as well as a member of the League of Champions.
This will be NORCAT’s sixth office in its global network.
In addition, NORCAT will be hosting open house tours of their new location at 151 Superior Blvd. daily from Jan. 13 to Jan. 17 with a grand opening ceremony taking place January 15. No appointments necessary.
“With our continued investments in our training and development programs, the launch of Studio NORCAT, and the growth of our human capital advisory practice, we felt the timing was right to better engage our clientele in the GTA and the construction industry more broadly,” said Jason Bubba, NORCAT’s director of training and development, in a statement.
