MARKHAM, ONT. — Your Voice Markham, a new online, public engagement platform is changing the way residents share ideas and access information in the City of Markham.
The city aims to use YourVoiceMarkham.ca as a way to engage and interact with residents to help shape the development and future plans of Markham Centre, and the city, as a whole, indicates a release.
Markham Centre, what is now called downtown Markham, is one of the many projects the city is asking the public for their feedback on.
Previously, feedback was collected by the community through a series of in-person consultations and meetings.
Using the new platform, residents can now share their ideas and feedback on particular projects and initiatives and can see what others are saying.
