Roads, bridges documented in new federal database

The recently released Canada’s Core Public Infrastructure Survey of roads, bridges and tunnels found that almost half of all roads in Canada were located in Ontario and Alberta in 2016, and that the two provinces also led in bridges, with 30.7 per cent of all bridges in Ontario followed by Alberta with 21.5 per cent.
