As associations, companies, unions, tradeswomen and men celebrate this year’s Women in Construction Week through a variety of events and initiatives, the Daily Commercial News and Journal of Commerce wanted to outline some compelling stories that we’ve covered throughout the year to showcase just how important women are to the construction industry.
It’s just a small showing of the many women we’ve profiled over the years and the strides that are being made to make the industry more inclusive and equitable.
We hope you enjoy our selections. Also, check out our Women in Construction feature we carry out yearly. The 2021 edition can be found here.
