Construction has reached the top floor of The Address at High Park condominiums on Bloor St. W. in Toronto, Ont.
Owner/developer is Chestnut Hill Homes and construction manager is TMG Builders. The project includes one 12-storey, 108-unit building with four retail units, a fitness centre, party room, outdoor terrace and over four levels of underground parking. The project is designed to meet the Toronto Green Standard and completion is scheduled for spring 2013.
The project was designed by Quadrangle Architects and the interior designer is Kantelberg & Co. Interior Design. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include: Roni Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Iago Construction (formwork); Canada Wide Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd. (rebar); CBM (concrete); Primo Mechanical; Panson Electric; Maxum Drywall; DiRocco Masonry Group; Quest Window Systems Inc. and Protech Roofing Waterproofing.
