TORONTO – Ontario is providing funding for the reconstruction and modernization of St. Michael’s Choir School in Toronto.
Ontario is investing $11.2 million to help the Toronto Catholic District School Board and the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation rebuild St. Michael’s Choir School.
The investment will enable St. Michael’s Choir School to provide over 500 students with new and improved learning spaces. The modernization of the school includes plans to preserve its heritage elements.
The school will also remain linked to the historic St. Michael’s Cathedral Basilica, which will allow the site to continue operating as a community hub.
