THUNDER BAY, ONT. — The passenger terminal at the Thunder Bay International Airport is being expanded to better serve passengers, thanks to funding from the Ontario government.
Ontario is investing $5 million in the project through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation Strategic Economic Infrastructure Program.
The funding will help the airport expand the departure lounge and customs clearance hall as well as provide more space for travellers.
