Work continues for the Dundas Square Gardens condominiums on Dundas Street East in Toronto.
Owner/developer Easton’s Group along with construction manager SKYGRiD Construction Inc. are building the 50-storey tower with approximately 1,000 units and four levels of underground parking. The tower will also have multiple terraces, a pool and retail at grade with completion scheduled for 2019. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical) and Studio Munge (interior design).
