Exterior work continues to move up at the Village By Main Station condominiums on Trent Avenue in Toronto.

Developer Tridel and general contractor Deltera Inc. are building the 12-storey, 277-unit project with three levels underground for owner Options Group of Companies. Occupancy is scheduled to begin in fall 2018 and the project was designed by IBI Group Architects. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical); Novatrend Engineering Ltd. (mechanical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subcontractors include Metrix Ready-Mix (concrete).
