Excavating work progresses for On the Danforth Condominiums at 2359 Danforth Avenue in Toronto.
The developer is DIAM Developments and SKYGRiD Construction Inc. is the construction manager. The project includes one 10-storey, 136-unit building with three levels of underground parking, a fitness room, party room, private dining room, two terraces, a pet spa, bike storage and ground floor retail. The project was designed by Onespace Unlimited Inc. and the interior design is by Esqape Design Inc. Consultants are Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural) and Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
