Window installation is underway on the condominium project 1 Yorkville in Toronto.

Bazis International and Plazacorp are the developers and the construction manager is TMG Builders. The project includes one 58-storey tower with 577 suites, five levels of underground parking, multiple pools, a fitness studio, lounge, games room, rooftop deck and ground floor retail. The project was designed by R. Varacalli Architect Inc. and NAK Design Group is the landscape architect. Subtrades include: Heritage Restoration; Verdi Alliance (formwork); CBM (concrete supply); Venice Construction Inc. (masonry); Skyrise Drywall; Mayfair Electric; Cooltech (HVAC); Primo Mechanical; Roman Metals; and Toro Aluminum (Windows).
