Exterior work continues at the Diva Condos on Sheppard Avenue West in Toronto.

The nine-storey, 107-unit boutique building by Torbel Group will include a fitness centre with saunas and change rooms, a party room with billiards, a rooftop terrace with chaise lounges and patio-style seating and two levels of underground parking. Completion has been scheduled for late 2018 and the project was designed by KFA Architects and Planners. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural); Venneri Consulting Engineers (mechanical/electrical); Masongsong Associates (civil); Dochia Interior Design; and Harrington McAvan (landscape).
