Work is moving along on 80 Atlantic Avenue in Toronto.
Developer of the five-storey timber-frame project that will contain office space and retail with two levels of underground parking is Hullmark Developments Ltd. and Eastern Construction Ltd. is the construction manager. Completion has been scheduled for early 2019 and the project was designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Structural consultant is Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. Subtrades include Timmerman Timberworks Inc. (timber frame installer) and Nordic Structures, which is supplying the glulam columns and beams.
