Window installation continues at the Massey Tower mixed-use project in Toronto.
Tucker HiRise Construction is building the 60-storey tower containing 699 suites, retail and commercial space with one level of underground parking. Amenities will include a fitness centre, steam room, rain room, juice bar, cocktail lounge, piano bar, terrace and a guest suite. The existing Canadian Bank of Commerce heritage building will be restored as part of the project. The owner is MOD Developments Inc. and the project was designed Hariri Pontarini Architects. ERA Architects is the heritage architect and consultants are: Read Jones Christoffersen (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior); and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (landscape).
