PHOTO: Vida in the Village

Exterior work is moving along for the Vida condos in the Bayview Village area of Toronto.

Castle Group Developments along with TMG Builders are constructing the eight-storey boutique building with 196 units and two levels of underground parking. The building will have a fitness centre, games room, multi-purpose party room and an outdoor barbecue area. The project was designed by HCA Architecture. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Quinn Design Associates (landscape). Subtrades include: RES Forming; RES Precast; OZZ Electric; Primo Mechanical; Tomar Ventilation; Primeline Windows; and State Railings.
