Window installation is underway on the University Heights Professional Centre at 1275 Finch Ave. W. in Toronto.

Developer/owner Haven Developments and Gillam Group are constructing the eight-storey building that will contain retail and restaurant space on its lower levels with professional offices on the upper levels and three levels of underground parking. Completion is scheduled for early 2019 and the project was designed by ACK Architects. Consultants are: Tacoma Engineers (structural); BK Consulting Inc. (mechanical/electrical); Schaeffers Consulting Engineers (civil); and Seferian Design Group (landscape).
