Facade work is underway on The Jack Condos at 1331 Yonge St. in Toronto.
The developer/builder is Aspen Ridge Homes and the project includes demolition of the former CHUM Radio building, replaced by an 11-storey boutique building with 150 units and retail on the ground floor and below grade. Amenities will include a fitness centre, lounge and bar. The architect for the project is Quadrangle. The interior designer is II BY IV DESIGN and the landscape design is by The MBTW Group | W Architect Inc.
