Construction moves up at the Form Condos on McCaul Street in Toronto.
The owners are Osmington Inc. and Tridel Group and the general contractor is Deltera Inc. The work includes a 14-storey, 190-unit tower with underground parking and a separate art gallery and storage facility. Amenities include a party room, private dining area, fitness studio and yoga studio. The rooftop will have an outdoor lounge, dining area and a kitchen. The project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MCW Consultants (mechanical/electrical); U31 (interior); and The MBTW Group/W Architect Inc. (landscape).
