Rebar work is moving along at the Litho rental building and retail project on Dupont Street in Toronto.
The owner is RioCan REIT and the constructor is SKYGRiD Construction Inc. The work includes the demolition of a former auto dealership for one nine-storey rental building with 210 suites and retail. There will also be amenity space, two levels of underground parking and two loading docks with completion scheduled for spring 2020. The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); The Mitchell Partnership (TMP) (mechanical); Hammerschlag & Joffe Inc. (electrical); II by IV Design Inc. (interior); and NAK Design Strategies (landscape). Subtrades include: GFL Environmental (demolition); Michael Bros. Excavating; Limen Group; and CBM (concrete supply).
