Construction is moving along on the two towers of the Southside Residences at Gramercy Park in Toronto.

Malibu Investments Inc. is the owner and the construction manager is Tucker Hi-Rise Construction. The work includes one 15-storey tower and one 17-storey with a total of 500 suites. The towers will be connected by a six-storey podium containing retail. Amenities include a fully equipped fitness room, a yoga studio, a party lounge, private dining room, a Wi-Fi/study lounge, a playroom, a barbecue and picnic area, a pet spa, a rooftop pool and sky garden. The project was designed by IBI Group. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); NAK Design Group (landscape); and Figure 3 (interior design). Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating and Innocon Inc. (concrete).
